At the beginning of the 21st century, it could be argued, Atlanta is a hotbed of exemplary employee volunteering. The purpose of this report is to present a summary of the practices of high-performing employee volunteer programs in Metro Atlanta. This report reviews and analyzes what Atlanta-area companies have put forth as their best practices per their submissions to the IMPACT awards for employee volunteering, conferred by the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta.
