CCCD accompanies businesses on their way into civil society

CCCD is a non-profit organization at the intersection of business, academia and politics. We work in cooperation with leading businesses, academic institutions and civil society organizations, in Germany and abroad, as a “think space” and center of expertise. We are a platform for dialogue, a catalyst and host for corporate citizenship

Our Vision

The widespread philanthropic activities of businesses deserve recognition. Corporate citizenship in its essence, however, is not a matter of philanthropy. It is about systematically connecting business goals and common good interests to create a win-win strategy for both business and civil society.

Businesses engage themselves as partners of civil society and government for an active, socially just and innovative community. Thus, corporate citizenship will be the cornerstone of a New Social Contract.

The CCCD

• organizes forums for professional exchange between Corporate Citizens, along with other businesses, academia, politics and civil society;
• leads and carries out research, for better practice;
• facilitates the learning process for non-profit organizations and corporate citizenship responsible actors through discussions and seminars.
